Friends of Spies Public Library

Posted on

The Friends of Spies Public Library is a non-profit, non-sectarian, non-political organization that works to focus public attention on the Spies Public Library. Our purpose is to stimulate the use of the Library’s resources and services and to support and cooperate with the Library in developing Library services, facilities and programs for the community.  The rewards of supporting the Library and making a difference in the community are priceless.

How do the Friends help the Library?

The Friends of Spies Public Library conduct a variety of fundraisers throughout the year including: A fall book sale, holding a Flea Market and perennial plant sale on the first Saturday in June. The Friends also sell Georgia Pecans over the holidays. The proceeds are primarily used to support children’s programming.

How can I join?
